Effective and planned wedding coordination is the key to a successful, hassle - free event. Apkalayanavedika helps you celebrate in a special and unique way while taking the load off your shoulders. The wedding couple or relatives of the couple approach us at least 3 months before the wedding. They are enrolled and given a package consisting of all the details, catalogues etc on a payment of Rs 1000/-.
Each of the stores recommended by us are reputed and their products are of exquisite quality. The stores have been carefully selected to suit the needs of the particular sects of clientele. Attractive discounts will be offered to all our customers at each of these stores. A service charge of 7.5% will be charged on the ‘whole wedding expense’, which will include all the services offered by us.
What is special??
What makes Apkalayanavedika stand out is the fact that we offer special discounts in each of the stores suggested by us in each category (e.g.: Jewellery, Saree shops etc) How we make it work is – we have a tie up with each of the suggested stores and hence when a customer is taken to any of the suggested stores we will be offered a discount as goodwill which we pass on to the customer. Customers can also go to other stores, which are not in our list, but we will not be able to offer them a discount. Since our clientele is going to be the upper middle class and upper class even our list of shops will be of the kind that would meet their needs and wants.
On enrollment the member gets catalogues of the various services under each category offered by Apkalayanavedika. It also specifies the benefit they will receive from each. The preference of dates etc will be discussed with them. Our experienced employees if requested will accompany them and help them decide on the Jewellery that would suit them or the saree that would match the theme of the wedding the most. A web page will also be created in the couples name so that they can repeatedly update themselves on the status of their marriage arrangements. At the marriage the courteous Apkalayanavedika people will be present to welcome the invitees and treat them with utmost care and hospitality. After the wedding the couple can view their marriage photos also on their website.
As ‘setting up a new house’ is a part of any traditional Hindu family, making sure the daughter is well settled in her new life is also a big part of the marriage arrangements. We have tie-ups with reputed furniture stores, crockery and cutlery shops, and home appliance stores etc. to help them choose nothing but the best for their daughter’s new life.
